>Seitokai Yakuindomo (Anime Review)

>The thought of transferring schools could be a new gateway of meeting new friends, having new chances and working towards the future. Tsuda Takatoshi is a young teenage male student is transferring schools. Not just any other ordinary High School, Ousai Academy is an all girls that just has accepted to go coed with few male students. Many believe those male students are there for a dream of a harem. Tsuda isn’t the particular kind of guy who is that fond of girls nor a harem, he is quite the kind timid guy. He is the first male student to join the School Council along with three other girls: Shino the council president, a talented smart girl along with her best friend Aria Shichijou who is calm gentle girl and not least Suzu Hagimura the smallest girl who is the smartest.

It’s pretty much the same old concept of High School life of student living his life in school meeting people and starts around spring since Japanese schools start. Seitokai Yakuindomo is mostly set out as a comedy for laughs. The anime tries to be funny in a more sexual way filled with puns, Stuff that involves sex and dirty jokes. What’s really awkward is that all the girls in the anime are the perverted ones and not Tsuda. Which he finds himself frustrated in this kind of situation and just lives with it. Episode after each episode it’s the same predictable sex joke, I know the anime tries a different way of comedy than other animes but please it doesn’t always have to be sex though. It’s funny in the first few episodes but it gets old pretty fast.

The anime’s art does have this wide array of blur and glare making it bright with sunlight. Along with some nice hard coloring to the environments and thus making it really nicely. The anime always seem to be shown in bright daylight and not in any other environments and in always in school. It’s flourishing with light and and life like with extra characters around the school making life like. Art and graphics don’t make an anime but I do say this anime did have good art.

Overall the anime has some good voice acting is good, Good art but humor gets really dry and barren, it’s gets really old with same repetitive jokes. At least the anime is short with thirteen episodes. There is really not much to say about this anime so I have to give this a 6/10!

    >"but it gets old pretty fast."really? the surprising high number of circumstances in which they manage to pull of a lewd punchline is what kept me watching this series, not to mention the occasional wtf-type humour.seriously, who can forget about the adventure of George? The fact that some of the older punchlines get revisited under a different light is awesome as well. They put in more thoughts into the comedy aspect than "we are going to cram in as many of the same sex jokes as possible".

    >I quite liked the humor based around the small Suzu, since all of hers were height jokes :3.
