Anime/Manga Question of the Week: Week #2

Sorry for the delay on week 2 of this post. Last week was incredibly hectic and busy what with school and me having to work a 40 hour week at work. But fear not, for I come with a new question to rattle your brains….ponder within your subconscious….tickle your fancy? Ah fuck it, I had a hard time thinking of some new and clever question so you guys are just gonna have to deal with this for the week until I think of something more thoughtful and interesting. So your Anime/Manga Question of the Week for this week is:

Anime/Manga Question of the Week: Week #1

Hello huge picture that is huge because Lerxst can’t resize

I really couldn’t figure out a better title than this in the entire week that I had since my last post about this, or even a better picture to go along with it for that matter. If this weekly post picks up maybe I’ll think of something more clever or catchy and a picture that better suits this post. But anyways, I think I will start off Week 1 with this question for discussion:

Persona 4 Chapter 12 Excitement!

Wow it’s been a crazy week, what with all the Carnival Phantasm madness coming out, a lot of purty mangas getting translated, which includes chapters 11 and 12 of the Persona 4! It’s been quite some time since I last read a chapter of P4 since it has a sporadic release schedule and all that jazz. But these 2 chapters reminded me why I fell in love with this series in the first place.

Brojima gives Nanako a Junes shirt, with a platypus….duck…thing. NANAKO LOVES IT!

Mostly it was just chapter 12 that got me really fired up for obvious reasons (I love seeing the family scenes in manga form and I really liked the ending to it). Since they were just coming off of the first dungeon in the story everything was very laid back, aside from the usual Dojima issues and yadayada, so it was a very nice breath of fresh air from the chapters that were heavy on combat (even though those are still great too). Maybe I’m just a sucker for Nanako chapters, who knows. I also really liked the way this chapter looked, a lot of the scenery and angles they used fit very well with the scenes and they were just nice to look at.

O________________O

Ah yes, the only reason why I’m even talking about this chapter right now. NAOTO SHIROGANE IS FINALLY INTRODUCED IN THIS MANGA @#$#!%@%^%%!! Phew. Now if you haven’t already guessed it, this is by far the best thing that has happened to me the entire week, seriously. Totally didn’t see it coming, and I’m glad I didn’t cuz I screamed at the top of my lungs when I saw this page and then I punched a few rocks and went on a rampage of awesome. And as soon as the PV for Naoto comes out, you probably won’t ever hear from me again. But yeah, EXCITEMENT!

Potential Upcoming weekly post

As some of you regular readers of our blog may have noticed, I don’t make as frequent of posts as I probably should. The only thing I get around to doing is making weekly posts of the next AMF show or just random stupid shit about Vensito or Gabe. So I came up with an idea of a weekly post to stir some discussion among the few of you that frequent our site. The title is subject to change but it will essentially be something like this:
